Role Overview : As a BRIM Consultant (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) at Numeric Technologies, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP BRIM solutions, focusing on FICA (FI-CA) and Convergent Invoice Management (CIM). Your expertise will help clients streamline their billing processes, optimize revenue management, and ensure accurate financial transactions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing solutions that meet the client's needs while ensuring high standards of performance and compliance. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the implementation of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions, ensuring alignment with client business processes and requirements. - Provide expertise in configuring and managing the FICA module (Financial Contract Accounting), ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules (FI, SD, MM, etc.) to meet the financial management and billing needs of the client. - Implement and optimize the Convergent Invoice Management (CIM) solution, ensuring effective invoice generation, billing cycles, and integration with CRM and ERP systems. - Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate those into functional specifications, and propose tailored solutions within the BRIM framework. - Customize SAP BRIM solutions based on client requirements, ensuring system configurations are optimized for billing accuracy and revenue management. - Collaborate with development and technical teams to ensure integration between the SAP BRIM solution and other third-party applications and systems. - Lead system testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing) to ensure the BRIM solution works as expected, and resolve any issues related to invoicing, payments, or financial transactions. - Prepare detailed technical and user documentation, conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders, and ensure smooth adoption of the BRIM solution. - Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for clients using SAP BRIM, FICA, and CIM. - Monitor the performance of the implemented solution, recommend improvements, and identify new features or functionalities to enhance the billing and revenue management processes. Required Qualifications : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience : - 7-12 years of professional experience in implementing and configuring SAP BRIM solutions with a strong focus on FICA and Convergent Invoice Management. - In-depth knowledge of SAP IS-U (Industry Solution for Utilities) and SAP S/4HANA integration with BRIM. - Strong experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and SAP Customer Management (CRM) integration. - Proven track record in implementing SAP BRIM projects from inception to go-live and post-go-live support. - Skills and Expertise : - Advanced proficiency in FICA (FI-CA) and Convergent Invoice Management (CIM) configuration and customization. - Expertise in SAP BRIM Functional Design and Configuration (Billing, Payment, Revenue Management, Convergent Charging, etc.). - Experience with SAP Subscription Billing and SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable. - Strong understanding of billing cycles, invoicing, and revenue recognition principles. - Familiarity with related tools such as SAP CRM, SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. - Familiar with integration of SAP BRIM with third-party systems and cloud-based applications. Soft Skills : - Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of mentoring junior consultants. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
