Role Overview:As a Business Development Manager at Panora, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of our platform within the DeFi ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying and establishing strategic partnerships, expanding our user base, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the blockchain and cryptocurrency communities.

What You'll Do:Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with other DeFi projects, blockchain platforms, and relevant industry stakeholders to enhance Panora’s ecosystem.Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to increase Panora’s market presence and user adoption, focusing on expanding our reach within the Aptos community and beyond.Community Engagement: Actively engage with the community to understand their needs and feedback, ensuring Panora’s offerings align with user expectations and market trends.Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns and incentive programs to attract and retain users, driving overall platform engagement and growth.Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze market trends, user data, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies and identify new growth opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives and alignment with company goals.

What You Bring:At least 2+ years of experience working in Web3 partnerships, business development, or similar rolesExperience within Web3 industry is compulsoryExperience working with commercial agreements, including creation and negotiationExperience working with technical team, marketing team and lawyers on partnershipsStrong market knowledge of blockchain and crypto industryExperience developing and closing partner opportunities across projectsBonus: Experience working in a successful DeFi protocol
