About the roleAs part of IndusInd Bank Design team, Lead - UX/UI designer should have an understanding of enterprise level end users mental model, technology and business goals. He/She should have strong problem-solving skills through logical reasoning and analysis of user workflows. An out-of-box thinker who can steadily push the envelope. He/She should be able to design interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. They should have a sound understanding of design principles, typography, iconography and other UI aspects. Strong foundation in user data gathering & interaction design pattern libraries.Your Impact:As a Lead - UX /UI Designer, you are a doer, a maker, and a passionate advocate of a delightful customer experience. You will inspire product teams to think and design differently. You will provide solid UX expertise across multiple product lines and cross functional teams. Your designs will help us achieve our vision for the platform. Our customers are at the heart of what we do at IndusInd Bank. Your design solutions will heavily influence business outcomes. Your innovative yet pragmatic design solutions will drive customer delight & satisfaction across the IndusInd Bank’s digital product suite.Your PortfolioAt least 3 projects highlighting UX design work for customer facing web products & mobile applications.Wireframes & Wireflows with micro & macro interactions.Your ExperienceMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in design and a prior experience in handling teamsNote: Internship or part-time work will not be considered as work experienceHands-on knowledge of figmaYour Education Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering/Interaction Design/User Experience Design/ Human Factors/Industrial Design/ Business Design from a reputed instituteAs a Lead - UX/UI Designer with IndusInd Bank, you are responsible forHelping product managers define strategy & vision from a user perspective. You don't just care about how it looks, or what we should design, but why are we designing this?Participating in product strategy and planning meetings.Facilitating product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping new design solutions.Be able to break the requirements into user flows, mind maps, object model diagrams, journey maps.Design macro & micro wireflows & wireframe, mockups and functional specs documentation, to transition designs to engineering for development along with other design artifacts, including clickable prototypes.Use the IndusInd Bank’s Design System of established standards, style guides, and specification documents. Contribute & enhance the design system.Be able to apply the principles of dashboard design & data visualizations.Present new product features, capabilities and design decisions to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong experience design principles and rationale.Support qualitative & quantitative research planning, design, recruitment, execution, analysis, and sharing of insights and recommendations.Be highly organized and showcase excellent time management skills and be highly detail oriented.Ability to manage own timelines in an efficient manner while receiving strategic and tactical direction from project stakeholders.Work with extreme attention to detail and a high standard of qualityBe a customer advocate and consistently drive for quality of our products to achieve the highest quality experience in all decisions.Added Advantage: Experience with FintechAs a Lead - ux/ui designer with IndusInd Bank, you must,Have passion to solve complex problems and present it as a simple and elegant experience in the product.Logical & creative thinking and an understanding of how to use data for design decisions.Demonstrate a thorough understanding of user centered design process.Deep expertise in interaction pattern libraries, data visualization & charting libraries.Possess a strong sense of innovation & aesthetics.Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.Show & maintain a commitment to high-quality design and user experience standards.Demonstrate strong rationale, articulation & presentation skills.Demonstrate flexibility to work in an iterative design process culture, across geographies.Welcome feedback as part of the learning process.Excellent communicationBe highly self-motivated and able to prioritize and manage workload;
