Job Title: OFSAA Consultant - IRRBB and ALM Focus

Responsibilities:

  • OFSAA Module Implementation and Configuration:
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) modules with a focus on Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book (IRRBB) and Asset Liability Management (ALM).
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in the implementation process.
Technical Expertise:
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with OFSAA modules related to IRRBB and ALM.
  • Utilize SQL, Unix scripting, and other relevant technologies for data manipulation, extraction, and transformation tasks.
Customization and Maintenance:
  • Customize OFSAA modules to meet specific IRRBB and ALM requirements of banking clients.
  • Manage batch creation, maintenance, and execution, ensuring accurate and timely processing of data related to interest rate risk and asset liability management.
Client Engagement and Advisory:
  • Collaborate closely with banking clients to understand their IRRBB and ALM needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Offer expertise and guidance on OFSAA functionalities and best practices in interest rate risk management and asset liability management.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Provide ongoing technical support for OFSAA modules, including addressing issues related to IRRBB and ALM calculations and reporting.
  • Conduct proactive monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of OFSAA services in the context of interest rate risk and asset liability management.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in OFSAA implementation and support, with a focus on IRRBB and ALM.
  • Strong understanding of interest rate risk management principles and asset liability management practices in the banking industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Unix scripting, and relevant technologies for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Experience with OFSAA modules specific to IRRBB and ALM, such as Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and ALMBI.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively engage with banking clients and stakeholders.
  • Certifications or training in OFSAA, IRRBB, ALM, or related areas would be advantageous.
