Job Responsibilities for Design Role:

- Pass on to others what you have already learned.- Keep PL’s, PM’s & Studio Director informed of changes in scope or schedule.- Delegate tasks and provide direction to junior staff.- Create and develop concepts and designs for restaurant and retail spaces by analyzing the requirements of the project and its context. Prepare the design proposal that visually represents an idea or concept of final proposal- Provide corrections, revisions, red line changes and comments to junior staff.- Coordinate work between staff and consultants.- Revise drawings as per client's feedback and directions- Issue documents for client review and presentations- Perform job site visits to review progress of construction; prepare and issue field reports.- Implement ways to improve work-flow and design process

Requirements

- 9-12 years of experience- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
