We are looking for a talented and experienced UX Writer to join our team and enhance the user experience of our B2B Digital platform. This platform connects enterprise-grade sellers and buyers primarily in the US and European markets, facilitating seamless interactions and transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX writing for B2B technology products and a deep understanding of user-centric design principles.
Job Highlights
Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the platform's goals and user needs.
Create clear, concise, and engaging content for various touch points within the platform, including UI elements, error messages, onboarding instructions, tooltips, and notifications.
Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of enterprise-grade sellers and buyers.
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to create content that enhances usability and user satisfaction.
Participate in usability testing and iterate on content based on user feedback
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent tone and voice across all user interactions.
Communicate complex technical concepts in a way that is accessible and easy to understand for users.
Develop content strategies for localization and work with translation teams to adapt content for global audiences, with a focus on the US and European markets
Ensure that content is culturally sensitive and appropriate for different regions
Continuously evaluate and optimize content based on analytics, user feedback, and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new techniques to improve content quality and user experience.
Maintain and update content guidelines and style guides
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for content strategies, guidelines, and best practices.
Provide training and support to other team members on UX writing principles and content standards.

Required Skills
Expertise in crafting clear, concise, and user-centric content for digital interfaces.
Ability to create microcopy, including buttons, error messages, onboarding instructions, and tooltips that guide users seamlessly through the platform.
Strong understanding of how to write for different stages of the user journey.
Deep understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
Ability to collaborate with UX designers to ensure content enhances the overall user experience.
Familiarity with user research methods and the ability to incorporate user feedback into content.
Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for a diverse audience.
Ability to create and maintain product documentation, FAQs, and help guides
Experience in developing content strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
Ability to plan, create, and manage content across the entire product lifecycle.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to UX writing.
Excellent editing and proofreading skills to ensure content is error-free and adheres to the brand voice and style guidelines.
Attention to detail to maintain consistency and clarity in all content.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, product managers, and marketers.
Ability to advocate for users while balancing business objectives.
Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure content effectiveness and user engagement.
Ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize content and improve user experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
Required Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a UX Writer, Technical Writer, or Content Strategist in the high tech industry.
Experience working with global teams and managing content localization efforts, especially for the US and European markets.
Proven track record of creating user-centric content for B2B platforms or products.
Experience working with enterprise-grade technology solutions is highly desirable
Demonstrated experience in contributing to the launch of complex digital products or platforms.
Experience in working through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
Familiarity with the high tech industry, including an understanding of the terminology, technologies, and market dynamics.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.
Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Jira).
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to assess content performance.
Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into content development.
Strong empathy for users and a commitment to creating intuitive and helpful user experiences.
