Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI), Java, and Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application integration, middleware technologies, and programming, with a focus on designing and implementing scalable, high-performing solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

Informatica CAI Development:

  • Design and implement workflows and processes using Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
  • Develop and maintain real-time and batch integration solutions using Informatica tools.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing CAI workflows for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration strategies.


Application Development (Java and Python):

  • Write, test, and maintain high-quality code using Java and Python.
  • Develop microservices, APIs, and server-side components for integration and backend systems.
  • Integrate and interface with third-party APIs and data sources.
  • Debug and resolve application issues in a timely manner.


System Integration and Middleware:

  • Implement integration solutions that connect various systems, applications, and data sources.
  • Ensure robust error handling, logging, and monitoring for integration processes.
  • Perform data transformations and mappings as needed.


Collaboration and Documentation:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and QA teams.
  • Document designs, workflows, and configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
  • Contribute to project planning, including task estimation and timeline adherence.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience with Informatica CAI or similar application integration platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java and Python programming languages.
  • Experience with designing and implementing APIs (REST, SOAP).
  • Familiarity with SQL and database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).
  • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Informatica CAI, including process development and integration connectors.
  • Strong understanding of middleware and integration patterns (e.g., message queues, event-driven architecture).
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of data governance and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Certification in Informatica or cloud technologies is an advantage.
