The Growth Narrative, a leading lifestyle, and luxury branding agency, is seeking a talented and experienced Content & Copywriting Manager to join our dynamic team. We specialize in crafting strategic narratives that propel lifestyle brands forward and forge meaningful connections with their target markets.
If you're a skilled writer with a knack for crafting engaging content across platforms, we want to hear from you You'll play a key role in developing and executing copy and content strategies that captivate audiences on digital and offline channels.
Here's what we're looking for:
Solid social media experience: You have a strong understanding of platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube and Instagram, and a proven track record of creating effective content for both B2C and B2B audiences.
Content strategy and execution expertise: You possess the ability to develop platform-specific content strategies and curate engaging content in both short and long formats that ensure maximum impact and audience engagement
Social media savvy: You stay informed on the latest trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance across platforms.
Exceptional copywriting skills: You can craft clear, concise, and engaging copy that resonates with target audiences and achieves brand objectives.
Personal branding experience: You have experience crafting compelling copy and ghostwriting for brands in a variety of industries, including (but not limited to) lifestyle, real estate, F&B, beauty, skincare, and more
In this role, you'll be a content and copy champion, taking ownership of the following:
Leading the content marketing and content creation process for multiple clients, from ideation to execution.
Managing and optimizing content calendars to ensure timely and relevant content delivery.
Brand Custodian & Framework setting: You'll be responsible for setting the brand voice and tone guidelines, making sure the content and copy adhere to the brand framework and conducting quality control checks before publication.
Monitoring audience engagement: You'll analyze feedback and adjust strategies as needed to foster strong brand relationships.
Continuous learning and development: You're committed to staying current with industry trends and best practices.
Collaboration: You excel at communication and teamwork, working seamlessly with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, English Literature, or a related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, and content strategy, preferably within a creative or digital social media agency.
A good understanding of branding and content marketing
Proven track record of creating compelling content across various formats and platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
