Manager - 7–9 years (with 5+ years relevant in BFSI/NBFC)
We're seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager – Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to play a vital role in leading information security governance, regulatory compliance (including SEBI and RBI), and cybersecurity efforts across the organisation for one of our leading client in the BFSI space.
This role is ideal for a professional with a strong understanding of ISO 27001, ITGC, risk management, audits, and regulatory frameworks in BFSI/NBFC.
What will you do
- Manage the implementation & governance of IT/IS policies, frameworks, and controls (ISO 27001, COBIT, SEBI, RBI, SOC, etc.)
- Conduct IT risk assessments & maintain the Risk Register
- Partner with Infra, App, Network & Project teams to embed security into operations
- Manage audits (ITGC, ITAC, VAPT) and ensure timely closure of findings
- Drive cyber security initiatives, incident management & vendor governance
- Conduct BCP/DR drills and strengthen enterprise security posture
- Lead awareness programs, user trainings & org-wide IS communication
- Monitor, report, and improve security KPIs
What we're looking for
- Education: BE / BTECH / MBA
- Certifications (preferred): CRISC, CGEIT, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, COBIT
- Hands-on knowledge of SEBI/RBI compliance, ITGC, Data Centre & Network Security
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, planning & execution, influencing, and process orientation
