Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Process Associate located in Warangal. The Process Associate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, assisting with the consultancy's finance-related tasks, and supporting the overall business process outsourcing (BPO) operations. Daily tasks include analyzing data, communicating with clients, handling financial documentation, and ensuring smooth functioning of business processes to support students in their educational pursuits.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to analyze and interpret data effectively
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to handle client inquiries
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic knowledge of Finance and financial processes
  • Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communication or related field
