Summary:

  • Optum has one Hybrid Framework with multiple capabilities; they have wrappers but want to improve to speed automation and increase use of the framework

  • Raghu’s vision is to build a Test Automation Platform for United Healthcare Group
  • Build tools that provide the ability for reuse and modularity
  • Federation of quality embodied in the capabilities of the platform
  • A workflow type model to drag & drop, stich together elements of the CICD pipeline, from use case, feature testing, regression, performance, etc
  • Enable users to build and test on their own: 1) low code/no code, 2) Self-Healing to automatically adjust tests in response to application or environment changes, 3) Tests Cases run based on code changes, and 4) run multiple capabilities on one platform (cypress, C#, Mobile)
  • Relative to the plan and path forward;
  • Muzamil to help define discovery items and inventory to accelerate the assimilation of Architects into the Quality Assurance group
  • Expect timeline acceleration to delivery automation, leveraging QA personnel
  • Amalgamate GenAI, Synthetic Testing, Data Automation Processes, and AI into current capabilities

Responsibilities for this position

Design, implementation, documentation, and execution of test artifacts(traceability, test plans, test cases, defects, qa/qc kpi's, etc.)

Administer and maintain test & defect management tools, defect escalation and resolution, deployment support.

Design, develop, maintain, and enhance the DB QA automation software and test suites.

Develop DB automated scripts for in-sprint and backlogged test suites as appropriate.

Coordinate with all project stakeholders and act as a Quality Assurance liaison.

Collaborate and assist in planning, preparing and executing System, UAT support, and end to end testing of software releases and I/O upgrades/patches.

Overtime or off-peak hours are required sometimes to meet commitments and strictly required to be available during USA PST business hours.

Implement E2E QA strategies, roadmaps, frameworks for complex interconnected HealthCare systems.

8+ years of Quality Assurance/Testing DB development, Validation and or DB Engineering

8+ years of SQL, data validation experience

6+ years of experience in Python scripting

6+ years of experience with QA & DB automation tool and frameworks

Experience in Data cleaning and wrangling, Statistical Analysis and Modelling, Data Visualization, Machine Learning, Data Profiling

Experience in ETL, mapping validations using Informatica or any similar tool

7

Experience in Data visualization using tools like Tableau or similar tools

Experience in Data profiling using tool Pandor or similar tools
