Transition & Transformation Manager / Specialist – Finance

Are you passionate about leading complex transitions and driving impactful change? We're looking for an experienced
Transition & Transformation Manager / Specialist
to lead the migration of
finance processes
into a shared services model for our client who is a 200 years old Global Leader in Industrial Machinery Manufacturing. They have a state-of-art Global Capability Center which intends to be Global Center of Excellence.

What you'll do:

  • Lead end-to-end transition of finance functions into shared services.
  • Drive standardization, automation, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, SMEs, and external partners for seamless execution.
  • Implement change initiatives and risk management strategies to ensure smooth adoption.

What we're looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in shared services, finance transformation, or transition management.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, project management, and change management.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale transitions in global or complex environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
