- Drive sales in commodity trading, manage partner-related issues, and collect competitive information for sales and marketing
- Develop business plans, liaise with enablement functions for equipping executives with necessary tools, and hire and develop sales team members
- Responsibilities include sales strategies, market feedback sharing, channel-wise sales operations, and account executive duties
- Develop key growth sales strategies, recruit, train, and manage marketing and sales teams to meet objectives
- Collaborate with management on sales goals, forecasting, and business development plans, supervise marketing and field activities
- Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals, and handle post-sales activities
- Negotiate and close sales, preferably candidates with experience in inside sales, enterprise sales, or B2B sales
- Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, and ensure the sales team meets quotas and goals
- Focus on account development and growth in the ad sales sector, previous sales experience and a proven sales record are preferred
