Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate eager to work in a dynamic start-up environment, to join our team. This pivotal role involves ensuring seamless coordination between our tech and fashion teams, contributing to strategic planning, and maintaining financial oversight. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for fashion tech, a strong background in financial and strategic planning, and market research. 


Key Responsibilities:

1.Coordination Between Teams:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Tech Team and Operations Teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental meetings and projects to align operations
  • Monitor project progress and address any operational challenges that arise.

2.Financial Metrics and Planning:

  • Keep track of financial metrics and performance indicators.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

3.Market Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to support product development and market entry strategies.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, industry trends, and market conditions.

4.Basic Product Testing and User Perspective:

  • Elementary product testing from a user perspective, ensuring products meet customer expectations and quality standards.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and innovations.

5.Strategic Involvement:

  • Assist senior management in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with management to outline long-term strategic plans and initiatives.


Requirements:

1.Educational Background:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree or professional qualification such as CA, CFA, or MBA.

2.Experience:

  • Previous experience in strategy, operations, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

3.Skills:

  • Proficiency in financial analysis and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
