Qualifications and Experience

• Masters in IT / MCA or related field having 05 - 08 years of experience in handling similar nature of assignment.
• Experience in database management systems, demonstrating strong programming skills and IT security and data protection.
• Experience of working in large scale IT transformation Projects with central /state government
• Experience of working on reporting tools and design dashboards for support in decision making.

Scope of Work

• Support towards designing and developing digital platform to
• Support producers/ producer groups access to information and services, along with their data analysis and scheme performance management
• Stakeholder management, i.e, producers/ producer groups/ financial institutions, marketing agencies, input suppliers, processors, exporters, etc.
• Producers/ producer groups services such as input supply, technical services, procurement & value addition market services, financial services, networking services, risk mitigation, insurance, certification etc.
• FPO performance management tracking system
• ICT & analytics enabled Dynamic Dashboard
• FPO process monitoring, and review system
• Digital repository of govt. schemes (State & Central) relevant for producers/ producer groups
• Manage database and documents related to different components of the project
• Prepare and update the dashboard which could be monitored for progress achievement
• Outline the criteria and measurement metrics to evaluate the progress and success of various initiatives outlined
• Institutionalize Monitoring & Evaluation mechanism such as fortnightly meetings to review status of priority initiatives
• Create framework for MIS to be used to track progress of state / sector's development
• Support towards digitization of analytical reports, newsletters, promotional materials, etc.
• Any other task as required by project team
