Responsibilities

The Finance Controller - CFO Services plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial aspects of a company. This role requires a diverse set of skills to effectively contribute to decision-making, risk management, innovation, leadership, strategic planning, and communication


Analytical Aptitude:

Utilize advanced analytics to analyze financial data and trends.

Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and assess business performance.


Risk Assessment Skills:

Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential financial risks.

Implement risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures.


Innovation Management:

Drive financial innovation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement modern financial technologies and tools to improve processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative financial solutions.


Leadership Skills:

Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

Mentor and develop finance professionals within the organization.


Strategic Mindset:

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate long-term financial plans.

Provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth and sustainability.


Communication and Collaboration:

Communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.

Collaborate with department heads and executives to align financial goals with operational objectives.

Foster strong communication channels within the finance team and across the organization.


Business Intelligence:

Utilize business intelligence tools to extract meaningful insights from financial data.

Generate reports and dashboards to aid in decision-making.

Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform financial strategies.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a CFO or Finance Controller.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.

Demonstrated ability to assess and manage financial risks.

Leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with business intelligence tools and advanced analytics.

Strategic mindset with the ability to align financial goals with overall business strategy.
