Shift Timing: - 1.30pm to 11pm

Work Mode- Work from office

Transport Mode: - One Side

Role & responsibilities


• Prior experience of Enterprise Risk management
• Strong communication skills
• Stakeholder management
• Ability to work without supervision and under pressure
• Efficient and well organized.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Credible and assertive manner
• Discretion, tact and resilience
• Professional manner with the ability to influence and persuade
• Must be a skilled communicator and able to deal with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and financial regulator.

Standard of conduct is reasonable under all circumstances relating to:
• Must act with integrity
• Must act with due skill, care and diligence
• Must be open and cooperative with the FCA and other regulators
• Must pay due regard to the interests of customers and treat them fairly
• Must observe proper standards of market conduct

Preferred candidate profile

  • Required to have exposure of facing internal, external security audits or conducting such audits within the team or group.
  • Required to have exposure of attending customer meetings & governing customer actions and internal leadership review actions.
  • Enable delivery and business teams in identifying existing & emerging risks and governing / remediating the same.
  • Experience of driving improvements within the project & account / region
  • Ability to work in team as well as independent contributor with good communication skills.
  • Added advantage to candidates having experience in insurance domain
  • Added advantage to the candidates with relevant trainings / certifications such as ISO27001 Auditor, GDPR, ISO22301, PCI-DSS related to CMMI or similar.
