As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and innovative mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will collaborate closely with our design and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.Key roles and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to deliver a smooth user experience. Work with API and backend teams to integrate APIs and third-party services into the application. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are cutting-edge. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing within the team. Continuously improve the development processes and contribute to the overall improvement of the team's efficiency.Must-Have Skills:Strong expertise in Flutterand Dart for building cross-platform mobile applications. Proficiency in designing and buildingclean, efficient, and scalable user interfaces. Experience withstate managementsolutions like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod. Knowledge of backend integration(REST APIs, etc.) and connecting apps to cloud services. Expertise inunit testing, widget testing , and maintaininghigh code coverage . Experience withperformance optimizationtechniques to ensure smooth app experiences. Familiarity withCI/CD pipelinesfor mobile apps (e.g., using tools like Code magic or GitHub Actions). Proficiency in integratingthird-party SDKs and packageswithin Flutter apps. Experience collaborating withproduct and design teamsto build intuitive user interfaces. 4+ years’ experience as amobile developer , including 3+ years with Flutter, at least 1+ year Web app developmentGood-to-Have Skills:Educational background includes a degree (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech) inComputer Science, Engineering, or a related field . Experience withNoSQL databasesand how they integrate into mobile applications. Experience withGoogle Cloud Platformfor managing mobile-specific cloud solutions. Knowledge ofAI/MLintegrations for enhancing app functionalities. Familiarity withprompt engineeringto enhance productivity within app development. Prior experience working withglobal or regional teamsin a remote or distributed environment. Experience withagile methodologiesand working withincross-functional teams . Understanding of Cloud platformssuch as GCP, AWS, or Azure, particularly related to mobile backend services.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in Dart programming language and a good understanding of Flutter's architecture. Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries and services. Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and ability to implement pixel-perfect designs. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code for performance. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
