Our client is a Family-owned 30+ year old company in packaging, catering to FMCG. They are into blow moulding and injection moulding. They also have a strong manufacturing footprint globally
Job Description
To achieve the EBIDTA, revenue & working capital objectives as per Annual Operating Plan of the Company Direct responsibility for setting and achieving key goals for all the manufacturing plants, especially preparation, approval and control of annual plant budgets. Production planning and control Production, maintenance, Quality assurance activities, Control and monitoring of inventory, Warehousing & finished goods inventory control, shipping and logistics. To formulate & implement strategies for Lean Management, enhance productivity & reduce costs/wastage through proactive preventive maintenance & and technocommercial excellence. Driving plant and machine efficiency by improving the plant utilization would be a goal * To coach and mentor employees under his supervision, providing training on important technical, functional and behavioural topics such as safety protocols, new production methods, new equipment and Industry best practices. To maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders, internal & external. To build cost efficiency through rigorous CAPEX and OPEX control and to facilitate revenue streams towards profitability To manage end-to-end operations from order execution process, customer support, supply chain, planning and control, Production, & Quality Standards benchmarked internationally.
The Successful Applicant
B. E (Open) Experience: 18 years+ in Manufacturing Industry dealing with large SKUs Multi site management experience in plant sites operate 24*7 Hands-on production / shop floor experience Overseen Quality/Projects/Plant HR in later part of career. Experience of working in professional & family-owned companies. Experience managing overseas plants would be an advantage Prior experience M&A environment to integrate operations of a new company, is an advantage
