Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Meerut for a Cluster Head. The Cluster Head will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple branches, ensuring compliance with company policies, driving business growth, and managing a team of branch managers. Additional tasks include monitoring loan disbursements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in financial services, particularly in loan management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting targets
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the gold loan sector is a plus
