Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive (Certified Diamond &Jewellery) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, generating andconverting leads, closing deals, and providing excellent customer service. They will ensure amemorable shopping experience for customers worldwide seeking high-quality certified diamondand jewellery products.Key Responsibilities:• Greet and assist customers in selecting Certified Diamond & Jeweller y based on their preferencesand requirements.• Develop in-depth knowledge of Certified Diamond & Jewellery products , including gold, diamonds,silver, gemstones, and certified stones.• Generate new sales leads through online and offline channels.• Convert leads into potential clients and ensure timely deal closure.• Demonstrate product features, explain quality, purity, certification details, designs, and pricing.• Achieve individual and store sales targets.• Handle billing, payments, and documentation accurately.• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international and domestic clients to encouragerepeat business.• Maintain the display of Diamond & Jewellery, ensuring cleanliness, attractiveness, and security.• Stay updated on industry trends, certification standards, market demand, and competitors.• Assist in stock management and inventory control.• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service politely and efficiently.Requirements:• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in Certified Diamond & Jewellery.• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Good knowledge of certified diamonds, precious metals, and gemstones (preferred).• Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism.• Basic computer knowledge for billing & POS systems.• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.• Flexible to work on weekends and holidays.• Ability to serve worldwide customers confidently and professionally.Education & Experience:• Minimum HSC / Graduate degree (preferred).• 1–3 years of sales experience in Certified Diamond & Jewellery or luxury retail.Key Skills:• Customer Service• Sales & Upselling Techniques• Certified Diamond & Jewellery Product Knowledge• Lead Generation & Lead Conversion• Deal Closing Skills• Communication & Persuasion• International Client Handling• International Communication Skills• Relationship Building
