Designation: Director/Sr. Director/ GM - Business development
Education : Graduate in Electronics & Communication or Mechanical Engineering or Instrumentation Technology or Computer Science
Experience : 20 to 25 years of overall experience in Sales, BD or Marketing or Engineering with at least 10 years in Sales or BD. In that at least 5 years in doing business with MOD directly(Navy, Airforce and Army)
Skills : Understanding of the Technology -Radars, EW, Sonars, Missile, Milcom etc
o Communication skills, presentation skills
o Familiarity with DPP -2020 and various other processes of MOD
o Ability to interface at the highest level within the forces and be able to create impact
o Experience of preparing detailed proposals for RFI, Expression of Interest and RFP and quoting for the same
o Track record of having won the business with MOD
o Willingness to travel is a must.
