ob Summary:

The IT In-Charge will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure of the two-wheeler showroom. This role involves handling hardware, software, networking, dealership management systems (DMS), and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of all IT-related functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all IT hardware (computers, printers, biometric devices, etc.).
• Ensure smooth functioning of dealership management systems (DMS) and POS software.
• Troubleshoot system issues, networking problems, and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors/IT support partners for repairs, AMC, and upgrades.
• Maintain data security, regular backups, and access controls.
• Provide IT support to all showroom departments (Sales, Service, Accounts, HR).
• Monitor internet, email, and software usage in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure proper installation and updating of licensed software and antivirus.
• Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and related documentation.
• Support digital initiatives like online sales platforms, CRM, and customer engagement tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
