Job Overview :


We are seeking an experienced and proactive DevOps Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD), and the ability to lead and optimize our software development and deployment processes. As a DevOps Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing DevOps strategies to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability across our development and operations :


1. DevOps Strategy: Develop and implement DevOps strategies and best practices to streamline

development, testing, and deployment processes.


2. Automation: Lead the automation of build, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning processes using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Terraform.


3. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code practices for

configuration management and provisioning.


4. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) : Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable application releases.


5. Monitoring and Logging : Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the health and

performance of applications and infrastructure.


6. Collaboration: Collaborate with development, operations, and QA teams to enhance cross-functional communication and collaboration.


7. Security: Implement and enforce security best practices throughout the development and

deployment processes.


8. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the DevOps team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous :


1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


2. Proven experience as a DevOps Lead or similar role.


3. Strong expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.


4. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or Ansible.


5. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.


6. Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).


7. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, or Ruby).


8. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


9. Effective communication and leadership skills.
