Job Overview
As a Java Developer with expertise in Java and Angular, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement complex features and ensure high-quality delivery. You should have a strong command over backend (Java) and frontend (Angular) technologies and be comfortable working on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Full-stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications using Java for the backend and Angular for the front end.
Backend Development: Write efficient, scalable, and secure Java-based applications. Focus on server-side logic, APIs, and database integration.
Frontend Development: Develop and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Angular, including handling data binding, forms, routing, and state management.
Integration: Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to ensure seamless integration between Java-based services and Angular-based user interfaces.
Database Management: Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design schemas, write optimized queries, and integrate data into applications.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards.
Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and debug application issues, providing timely solutions.
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work with project managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to create the best solution.
Agile Methodologies: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Adhere to Agile best practices and development processes.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Java and Angular development.
Java: Strong proficiency in Java (J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.), including experience with creating RESTful APIs and integrating with front-end technologies.
Angular: Solid understanding of Angular (2+ versions), including experience with components, directives, services, modules, forms, and routing.
Frontend Skills: Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design techniques.
Database Knowledge: Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Knowledge of ORM tools like Hibernate.
Version Control: Proficient in Git for version control and code management.
APIs: Experience in integrating and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Testing: Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Jasmine, Karma) and integration testing.
Cloud and DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD tools.
Agile Development: Experience working in Agile development environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Preferred Skills
Java Frameworks: Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, and other related frameworks.
Frontend Libraries: Experience with additional libraries and frameworks like NgRx or RxJS.
DevOps Tools: Experience with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and other DevOps tools for continuous integration and deployment.
Microservices: Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.
Mobile Development: Experience with mobile-first development or responsive design best practices for mobile platforms.
UI/UX Design: Understanding of UI/UX principles to collaborate effectively with design teams.
Leadership: Mentoring junior developers and helping to guide the team towards best practices.
