Job Summary:

We are hiring Female Two-Wheeler Riders to join our bike taxi service, providing safe, convenient, and affordable rides to customers. As a female rider, you will play a key role in ensuring comfortable and secure travel, especially for women customers, while maintaining high service quality and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and timely bike taxi rides to customers within the city.
• Pick up and drop off customers at their requested locations while following the safest and most efficient routes.
• Maintain good communication with customers, ensuring a polite and professional attitude.
• Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines strictly at all times.
• Ensure the two-wheeler is clean, well-maintained, and ready for daily use.
• Collect payments (cash or digital) as per company process.
• Support customers by helping with small luggage or addressing ride-related queries.
• Report any incidents or challenges to the support team immediately.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Own two-wheeler in good running condition (preferable) or use of company-provided vehicle.
• Minimum educational qualification: 10th Pass (preferred).
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Good communication skills and customer-friendly behavior.
• Physically fit and comfortable with riding in all weather conditions.
• Smartphone for accessing the driver app and receiving ride requests.
• Prior experience in ride-hailing services (Rapido, Uber, Ola) is a plus but not mandatory.
