Work Mode: 8 hours rotational shift, 6 days working

Purpose of Position

To perform Quality Inspection – Visual, Dimensional, and Gauging of Die Casting Machined Parts at the client's manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to quality standards, processes, and customer requirements.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Conduct Visual Inspection and Sorting of Machined Parts as per Work Instructions (WI) /

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

  1. Perform Dimensional, Gauging, and Visual Inspections in line with WI and Quality Plan.

  2. Operate and handle measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, Micrometer, and Dial Gauge.

  3. Work at the customer's manufacturing plant covering Incoming, In-process, and Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI).

  4. Report daily inspection activities to the Quality Engineer/Customer and update the Communication Board.

  5. Ensure proper identification of parts as OK/Not OK/Rework, with accurate recording on

check sheets.

  1. Escalate deviations in process/products to the Project Leader in real time and maintain

records in the logbook.

  1. Adhere to QACA discipline, standards, uniforms, PPEs, and site-specific mandatory

regulations.

  1. Ensure background verification clearance – no police record and no pending cases.

  2. Be medically fit with no physical disabilities affecting the job role.

  3. Complete induction/orientation at Head Office followed by On-Job Training (OJT) at the site.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Welding, Casting, Machining & Plastic Molding processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret Blueprints/Drawings of components.
  • Proficiency in using inspection instruments like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Strong observation and problem-identification ability.

Compensation & Benefits

  • CTC: ₹17,700 – ₹18,700 per month
  • Canteen Allowance: ₹40 per meal (provided by company)
  • Overtime (OT): Available as per requirement
  • Room Facility: Available at ₹6,000 – ₹7,000 per month (shared accommodation for 4–5 persons)
  • Transport: Not required (room available near the plant)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹18,800.00 per month
