Role: Business Analyst – Insurance
We’re looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the Insurance and Banking sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance product integration and API/partner site integration.
Key Responsibilities:
-Understand and analyze business needs in Health and Life insurance.
-Translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with insurance goals.
Integrate various applications to optimize processes.
Work with developers, stakeholders, and IT teams for successful implementation.
Create documentation for business requirements, functional specs, and API integrations.
Coordinate testing to validate system functionality and performance.
Identify risks in insurance processes and propose solutions.
- Seek opportunities for process optimization and leverage technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in insurance and banking.
- Proficiency in API integration and compliance with IRDA regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
