Bilingual Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Project Managers onsite and offsite to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals.
Responsibilities
1． Technical liaisonAct as a liaison between Japanese-speaking managers, programmers in Japanese headquarters, and English-speaking developers in the Bangalore office, ensuring accurate communication of technical requirements, project updates, and feedback.2. TranslationTranslate technical documents, emails, Redmine contents, and other project-related materials from Japanese to English and English to Japanese.3. InterpretationParticipate in meetings and discussions, providing real-time interpretation for Japanese and Indian teams.4. Improve the communication, Troubleshoot issues by ensuring both teams understood the correct technical requirements.Qualifications:
1. Fluency in Japanese (JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) N2 or higher) and English.2. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with C++ programming languages and concepts.3. Prior experience in a technical or project coordination role is a plus.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage cross-border communication.Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with project management tools such as JIRA.2. Technical background or experience working with software engineers.3. Understanding of Japanese business culture and work practices.-
