Ms Dynamics CE/CRM Lead

Minimum of 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience with D365 Customer Engagement /
Power Platform technical solutions is a MUST.
 Knowledge of object-oriented programming, relational database design, and software
design best practices.
 Experience designing and implementing systems that integrate with .NET application's
API
 Proficiency in .Net (C#) and JavaScript development experience within the D365 SDK,
including working knowledge of the ODATA, REST endpoints, Entity Model, and
Asynchronous programming
 In-depth hands-on knowledge of Canvas and Model Driven applications and the
Common Data Service (CDS)
 Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, .NET Framework, Visual
Studio, Source Code Management Systems (TFS)
 Minimum 2-3 years in backend software design in SQL Server, Stored procedures &
SSRS Reporting.
 FetchXml Reporting is a big plus.
 Ability to extending Dynamics 365 thru SDK, Plug-ins, MS Power Automate, WF's.
 Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Function Apps, and Azure Web Jobs is good
to have.
 Functional knowledge in at least one D365 CE module, including Sales, Customer
Service, Marketing, Project Operations, or Field Services
Responsibilities:
Working with our developer manager to develop client custom applications, or core
product offerings, based on written specifications both functional and technical.
 Unit testing of those applications
 Design and develop systems to support both business and technical requirements
which includes mapping user requirements for effective Dynamics 365 technology
solutions
 Responsible for development efforts for software enhancements, extensions, defect
corrections and integration of features in Dynamics 365
 Coordinate with users for UAT Testing and signoff
 Supporting core and custom applications for bugs.
