Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Developer at Fairdeal.market, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our web application. Your expertise in JavaScript and proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, and NodeJS) will drive the creation of new features and enhancements to our platform. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure an exceptional user experience while maintaining a high level of code quality and performance. Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Develop and maintain user-facing features using ReactJS and other modern frontend technologies.

- Design and implement server-side logic using NodeJS and ExpressJS to handle data processing and API integration.

- Create and optimize database schemas using MongoDB to support scalable and efficient data storage.

- Implement authentication and authorization features to ensure a secure user experience.

- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and industry standards.

- Identify and address performance bottlenecks to optimize application speed and responsiveness.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users, ensuring a smooth and reliable application experience.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the development process. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer of at least 2 years with a strong portfolio of web applications using the MERN stack

- Proficiency in JavaScript and hands-on experience with ReactJS for front-end development.

- Strong understanding of server-side technologies, including NodeJS and Express JS.

- Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.

- Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.

- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicate effectively, and take ownership of assigned tasks.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
