We're at the ground floor of a fashion revolution, and we need a visual visionary to bring our brand to life. You'll be the architect of our aesthetic, translating ideas into eye-catching graphics that stop the scroll and spark conversations. What you'll do:

  •  Collaborate with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to develop creative solutions and design graphics for various media.
  •  Create visual concepts, by hand or using software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.
  •  Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other branding materials.
  •  Establish and maintain a comprehensive design language across all brand touchpoints, both digital and physical.
  •  Provide art direction and guidance to ensure brand consistency and quality across all design projects.
  •  Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies to drive creative excellence and innovation.
  •  Manage design projects effectively, from concept to execution, while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.

Pre-requisites:

  •  2-3 years design experience: Seen it, designed it, shipped it.
  •  Design rockstar: Speaks fluent Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma.
  •  Communicates like a designer, thinks like a business leader.
  •  Problem-solving ninja: Untangles design knots before they happen
  •  Design trends? Always ahead of the curve.

Started in 2012 with the aim to bring fast fashion to India, over the last decade, The Indian Garage Co. has become a leading brand in the men’s casual wear space. The growth, especially in the last 3 years, from a 30cr brand to a 300cr+ brand, has been at breakneck speed. Over this period, the brand has become the No. 1 on Ajio (for the last 2 years) and a Top 5 Brand on Myntra. Creating quality products at affordable prices for the Indian customer is our main purpose, and for this, we have launched 2 more brands within the group - Freehand for womenswear and Hardsoda for plus size. Even at this stage, we are just getting started and would love for you to join this rocketship
