Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing campaigns across various digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing high-impact marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, working closely with creative and engineering teams, and reporting on key performance metrics. The role also involves budget management, market research, and staying updated with the latest marketing trends.

Qualifications

  • Performance Marketing, Campaign Management, and Budget Management skills
  • Digital Marketing Experience: 7+ Years
  • Knowledge of Digital Channels - Paid Search, Paid Social (Proficient on Google, Meta, Bing, Tiktok, Reddit Ads etc.)
  • Working knowledge of e-commerce shopping campaigns
  • Experience managing GMC, Meta Commerce manager, GTM, GA4
  • Strong Analytical skills for performance tracking and reporting
  • Project Management, Market Research, and A/B Testing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the digital agency or relevant industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Exceptional English communication skills
