Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Lead to join our game development team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Unreal Engine development, particularly in creating multiplayer gameplay.

Experience with Virtual Reality (VR) game development is a significant plus.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of game development processes, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and managed a team of Unreal Engine developers to create high-quality multiplayer games.

- Design, implement, and optimize game systems and features in Unreal Engine.

- Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to ensure seamless integration of gameplay features.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure the team's code meets high standards of performance, maintainability, and scalability.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our games remain cutting-edge.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to game development.

- Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in game development with a focus on Unreal Engine.

- Proven experience in developing multiplayer games using Unreal Engine.

- Experience with Virtual Reality (VR) game development is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of game physics, animation, and graphics.

- Proficient in C++ and Blueprints scripting in Unreal Engine.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other game engines and development tools.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Knowledge of network architecture and online game services.

- Experience with performance optimization techniques
