This role will drive large-scale technology initiatives, l ead the architecture workstream, manage high-performing engineering teams, and shape the long-term technology vision for our platforms. The person will partner with business, product, and design teams to build scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions for millions of usersKey ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple engineering teams across product lines (web, mobile, backend, data, and platform)Drive the architecture workstream , defining and maintaining system design principles, scalability strategies, and technology standardsDefine and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business and product strategyBuild and scale high-performance, secure, and reliable platforms handling millions of usersDrive AI/ML adoption, cloud transformation, and automation across products and processesCollaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiencesFoster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and ownershipMentor and develop engineering leaders, building strong succession pipelinesEstablish best practices for system design, coding, testing, and deploymentEnsure compliance, security, and data privacy standards across technology functionsManage budgets, vendor partnerships, and optimize technology investmentsDesired Skills & Experience14+ years of overall technology experience with at least 5+ years in a senior engineering leadership roleProven experience in building and scaling consumer internet, e-commerce, or high-traffic platformsStrong expertise in architecture design , cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP), microservices, APIs, and DevOpsExposure to AI/ML-driven solutions in products, search, personalization, or recommendation systemsExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making ability, with focus on execution and outcomesTrack record of building, leading, and mentoring large distributed engineering teamsWhy Join Us?Opportunity to lead technology at India’s fastest-growing digital real estate companyWork on products that impact millions of home buyers, sellers, and agents every dayHybrid work model with flexibility and global exposure
