Senior Brand Strategist

Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Brand Strategist to lead and oversee the growth, management, and success of all our brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for steering the overall brand vision, ensuring effective brand strategy, and managing a highly motivated and efficient team. The Senior Brand Strategist will play a key role in driving brand growth, optimising sales performance, and managing client relationships. This position demands someone with a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for creativity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop, refine, and oversee the brand strategy for each brand under the portfolio, ensuring consistency in messaging, values, and market positioning. Guide the evolution of brand identities to remain competitive and relevant in their respective markets.
Oversee Brand Growth & Sales :
- Lead the overall strategy for all brands, driving growth, sales, and profitability. Ensure that each brand reaches its full potential by implementing effective sales, upselling, and brand management strategies.
Team Leadership & Optimization :
- Manage and lead all cross-functional channel teams (marketing, creative, content, etc.), ensuring optimal performance by setting clear processes and expectations. Cultivate a high-performing team culture that delivers exceptional results.
Client Relationship Management :
- Act as the primary point of contact for all clients, understanding their needs and brand objectives. Actively participate in all client calls and meetings to provide guidance, ensure client satisfaction, and deliver impactful brand solutions.
Content & Copy Strategy Oversight :
- Oversee the creation and implementation of content and copy strategies for all brands, ensuring alignment with brand values and market positioning. Ensure that all brand messaging is consistent, compelling, and impactful across all platforms.
Proposal & Pitch Management :
- Lead the development and presentation of proposals and pitches for new business opportunities. Ensure that all proposals reflect the brand's strategic vision and align with the client’s objectives.
Process Development & Improvement :
- Set and optimize internal processes for brand management and marketing operations. Identify areas for improvement and implement scalable processes to increase efficiency and drive better outcomes.
Cross-functional Collaboration :
- Collaborate closely with other departments (such as sales, product development, and operations) to ensure that brand strategies are aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
Data-Driven Decision Making :
- Use data and insights to inform brand strategies, optimizing campaigns, and content for maximum impact and ROI. Continuously monitor brand performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
Trend Analysis & Market Research :
- Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to adapt and innovate brand strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Innovation & Growth Mindset :
- Constantly seek opportunities for brand innovation, product expansion, and market growth. Foster a culture of creativity and forward-thinking within the team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, brand strategist, brand marketing, or related roles
- Proven track record of leading and managing multiple brands successfully
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus
What We Offer :
- Salary between INR 660,000 to INR 875,000
