We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team as we develop and manage WordPress-based projects. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of talented WordPress developers and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality websites and solutions. Your role will involve managing the team, coordinating projects, providing technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.Responsibilities:Team Management:

Lead and manage a team of WordPress developers, providing direction, guidance, and support.Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful project completion.Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and mentor team members for growth and development.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork.Project Planning and Coordination:

Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements, define project scope, and create project plans.Allocate resources effectively, ensuring tasks are assigned based on team members' skills and availability.Develop project timelines and milestones, and track progress to ensure adherence to schedules.Manage project risks, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies.Technical Expertise:

Possess a deep understanding of WordPress development and stay updated with the latest trends and best practices.Provide technical guidance and support to team members, assisting with problem-solving and code reviews.Ensure the team follows coding standards, security practices, and optimization techniques.Conduct quality assurance checks and testing to deliver high-quality, bug-free WordPress projects.Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with clients, product managers, designers, and other teams to gather requirements and clarify project objectives.Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges effectively to stakeholders.Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and promote best practices and continuous improvement.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in WordPress development.In-depth knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, customization, and optimization.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Basic PHPExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., Jira).If you are a passionate and skilled WordPress professional with leadership abilities and a drive for delivering exceptional results, we invite you to join our team.
