Job Title: Tele Counselor
Location: Saket, New Delhi

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Tele Counselor to provide one-on-one guidance and emotional support to trainees. The counselor will play a key role in helping students navigate personal, academic, or professional challenges during their time at the academy.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel clients regarding financial planning training program.

Making sales calls and pitches to new and existing clients.

Provide detailed information about courses, fee structures, and procedures.

Follow up with potential leads and convert them into enrollments.

Maintain clients records and track the admission process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in any field.
  • Prior experience in counseling or tele calling/sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathetic, non-judgmental, and trustworthy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
