  • Ph.D. degree in English Literature from a prestigious Institute / University.
  • Must have studied or worked with tier 1 Institute/ University.
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of teaching/industry experience in leading / prestigious institutes.
  • At least 5-10 noteworthy publications in indexed Journals of National / International repute.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong linkages with Industry and Academia at National and International level.
  • Prior teaching experience at University Level will be an added advantage.
