This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in client service within the agency space, looking to leverage their skills in a collaborative, client-focused environment.You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Your expertise in agency environments will help drive client satisfaction and strengthen relationships, ensuring we meet and exceed client expectations.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling all day-to-day communications and requests- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production) to manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets- Provide proactive updates and problem-solve client issues to maintain satisfaction- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and ensure that all services align with their goals- Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met, managing scope and timelines effectively- Contribute to project briefs, presentations, and status reports for clients- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat businessQualifications:- Prior experience working in a client servicing role within an agency environment (e.g., advertising, marketing, media, or creative agencies)- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Proactive approach to problem-solving- Knowledge of agency workflows and client communication best practicesMore about us-- Brand Scale-Up Inc. is a brand-strategy-led digital marketing agency, specializing in Video content Production, Social Media Management and Performance Marketing.
