Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Head of Technology who will guide a team of talented engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.This is a hands-on leadership role that combines deep technical expertise with strong team mentorship and project ownership.You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to architect and deliver robust systems that make a difference.Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and deployment of modern, cloud-native applications.- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and system architectures.- Ensure best coding practices, performance optimization, and security standards are followed.- Conduct regular code reviews, mentoring sessions, and architecture discussions with the team.- Drive continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) using tools like Git, Docker, and AWS.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management for seamless delivery.- Take ownership of project timelines, quality metrics, and client communication.- Research and integrate new technologies that improve efficiency and product capability.- Mentor junior developers and support their technical and career growth.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical or team leadership role.- Proven experience in React (JavaScript/TypeScript), Python, and AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, etc.).- Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, and API design (REST/GraphQL).- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and containerization (Docker).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a “solution-first” mindset.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.- Ability to inspire, mentor, and guide a high-performing engineering team.Candidate should be proficient in atleast:-
