You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children and adults, to help improve their communication abilities and overall quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language disorders.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to clients.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to support client needs.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans.Educate clients and their families about speech and language disorders and provide strategies for improvement.Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech therapy through continuous professional development.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.Valid state license to practice as a Speech Therapist.Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and varying age groups.Proficient in using therapy tools and technology.
