Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. Experience in solution selling, consultative selling, or complex sales environments is highly desirable.
Client Acquisition: Proactively engage with potential leads across industries with different business propositions. Nurture and build relationships with top-of-funnel prospects to convert them into customers.
Deliver effective presentations and demonstrations to potential leads.
Customize sales pitches to meet each client's specific technical needs, focusing on product features, benefits, and competitive strengths.
Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, providing accurate and timely forecasts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets as established by the management.
Sales cycle management from qualifying an opportunity, solution definition, presentation, proposal creation, strong negotiation skills and closing, respecting Blockchain Firm's standards.
Prepare and submit regular reports detailing sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to the management team.
Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and lead-generation campaigns.
Coordinate with the product team to provide customer feedback and influence product development.
Preparing regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management
Job Requirements
4+ years of experience in B2B IT Sales
Proven track record of success in B2B sales roles
Strong IT Sales knowledge of Digital Transformation, Blockchain, Web3, Metaverse, PaaS & SaaS is an added advantage.
Have a winner mentality, goal-oriented and driven by a performance-based compensation structure that adequately compensates high achievers.
Must have a basic understanding of CRM systems, pipeline management tools, sales & marketing sources, and other sales management software.
