Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic
Team Lead – Recruiter
to manage and guide our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, team coordination, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Allocate requirements among the team and monitor progress.
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of profiles to clients.
  • Train new recruiters on tools, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Stay updated with market trends and innovative hiring techniques.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
