About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Influencer Marketing Executive
to join our growing team in Dubai. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who's passionate about influencer marketing, has strong communication skills, and thrives in both client-facing and backend execution roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and vet suitable influencers across categories and platforms
  • Negotiate deliverables, fees, and timelines
  • Draft and manage contracts & influencer briefs
  • Ensure smooth execution of campaigns from start to finish
  • Coordinate with finance teams on payments and invoicing
  • Be on-ground for major campaign shoots when required
  • Communicate effectively with clients, manage expectations & timelines
  • Understand campaign briefs and translate them into actionable plans
  • Compile and deliver end-of-campaign reports with key insights

Requirements

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    at an agency working with influencers or clients
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, content trends & social media platforms
  • Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
  • Confident client servicing capabilities
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must
  • Based in Dubai, with flexibility to attend shoots and activations
