Job Title - Data Catalogue Specialist
Experience - 3-7 Years
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Collibra Data Intelligence Platform, including:
Metadata ingestion
Data lineage stitching
Workflow configuration and customization
- Strong understanding of metadata management and data governance principles
- Experience working with the following data sources/tools:
Teradata (BTEQ, MLOAD)
Tableau
QlikView
IBM DataStage
Informatica
- Ability to interpret and map technical metadata from ETL tools, BI platforms, and databases into Collibra
- Familiarity with data lineage concepts, including horizontal lineage across systems
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting for metadata extraction and transformation
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with data stewards, engineers, and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Collibra APIs or Connectors
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA DMBOK)
- Prior experience in a regulated industry (e.g., finance, healthcare)
