Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Basti. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing machinery, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software, and managing projects from conception through completion. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research and development (R&D) activities to enhance manufacturing processes, overseeing machine installation and maintenance, and ensuring all mechanical systems operate efficiently and safely.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
- Expertise in Project Management and overseeing projects
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) within the engineering field
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work on-site and effectively manage time and resources
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the paper manufacturing industry is a plus
