Lead Consultant- Oracle VCP – Cloud Demand Planning

Experience:
• 8-10 years of experience as a Sr Lead Consultant specializing in Oracle VCP Cloud, particularly in Demand Planning.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Oracle Cloud Planning modules, with at least one end-to-end implementation.
• Proficiency in Demand Planning concepts and Supply Planning, including expertise in collections, data security, supply chain modeling, workbench configuration, plan analytics, managing supply plans, simulations, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Demantra and Demand Planning.
• Hands-on experience in project rollouts, enhancements, and support.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain related business processes and Oracle configurations/functional setups.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution designing, testing, implementation, and support processes.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies, change management, and deployment procedures.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot functional issues, effectively communicating details to end users.
• Experience in working with Oracle Technical Support for SR resolution.
• Availability to work in US-UK overlap shifts and willingness to work on both support and enhancement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee Oracle VCP Cloud Demand Planning projects, ensuring successful delivery and implementation.
• Utilize expertise in Oracle Cloud Planning modules to provide functional guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Gather user requirements, design solutions, and conduct testing to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, collaborating with technical support as needed.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Interact with clients, effectively communicating project updates, issues, and resolutions.
- Participate in project rollouts, enhancements, and ongoing support activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
- Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
