Ability to deliver effective sales presentations that highlight product features and benefits convincingly. Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients. Strong understanding of car features, specifications, and comparative market analysis to guide clients in their purchasing decisions. Must coordinate test drives efficiently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and safety. Proven ability to maintain up-to-date product knowledge to address customer inquiries and objections. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Must have a strong understanding of the automobile industry (Mandatory skill).
