Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO & SCM Functional SME  to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, designing, and implementing SAP solutions in Finance (FICO) and Supply Chain (SCM) domains. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of SAP modules to meet business needs and improve organizational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) and SAP SCM (Supply Chain Management) modules.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide solutions leveraging SAP FICO and SCM functionalities.
  3. Lead and execute end-to-end implementation and customization of SAP solutions in the Finance (AP, AR, GL, AA, IMCR, RAR, CFIN, Group Reporting) and SCM (Procurement, Inventory Management, Plant Maintenance, IBP) areas.
  4. Configure SAP systems to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
  5. Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and reports in coordination with technical teams.
  6. Facilitate SAP integration with other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across modules.
  7. Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for SAP FICO & SCM modules to resolve issues efficiently.
  8. Conduct user training and create documentation to ensure proper utilization of the SAP system by end-users.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and technical consultants to ensure smooth project delivery and process improvements.
  10. Stay updated with the latest SAP trends, best practices, and innovations in Finance and Supply Chain modules.

 

Required Skills:

  1. Extensive experience (10+ years) in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) and SCM (Supply Chain Management) modules.
  2. Strong hands-on knowledge in areas such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), Material Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Production Planning (PP), and Plant Maintenance (PM).
  3. Proficiency in SAP integration methodologies with other modules such as SD, MM, and PP.
  4. Experience in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in Finance (CFIN) and SCM (IBP) areas.
  5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with business users and technical teams.
  7. Experience in data migration, reporting, and working with SAP Solution Manager.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. SAP certification in FICO and SCM modules.
  2. Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  3. Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Analytics Cloud would be advantageous.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
